Struggling after an assault at the hands of a biker gang, introvert Casey elects to join his local karate studio to learn self-defense. With the help of his dynamic instructor, Sensei, and new friend Anna, he begins to rebuild his sense of confidence. However, after partaking in one of Sensei's unusual night classes, he is thrust into an intense world of male bravado and new opportunities.
